Initial Visit/Intake
Online or in person. We gather a detailed history, what brings you to Hive, and your goals. At the end, we decide whether testing/evaluation or treatment is appropriate and what it would involve.
60–120 mins | $240
Evaluation
Fees depend on the complexity and expected length of testing, which are shaped by your child’s age, the referral question, and the testing needed. Older children, for example, usually need more time because of their more advanced skills.
Instead of charging by the hour, Hive uses value-based pricing for all assessments, so you know the total cost upfront.

The value-based price generally ranges from $1200 to $2800 and includes:
Additional clinical/diagnostic interview(s) with caregivers if needed (sometimes with the child/adolescent, when relevant and age appropriate)
Interviews with collateral informants (when relevant/appropriate)
Review of available records
Test administration appointments
Psychologist time for scoring/interpretation and report writing
Copies of the final diagnostic evaluation report
One 60-minute feedback appointment
Treatment
Online or in person. Treatment focuses on parent behavior management training to reduce challenging behaviors at home and build adaptive skills.

We accept all major credit/debit cards, check, and cash. We don’t accept insurance, but you can pay with a health savings account (HSA) or flexible spending account (FSA).
